These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the CediPoint merchant app, the CediPoint Business app, related websites, and connected services. By using CediPoint, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the Service
You may use CediPoint only for lawful business and operational purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws, regulations, contracts, and internal business policies.
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact us promptly.
3. Merchant and Business Data
You retain responsibility for the accuracy, lawfulness, and authority behind the data you enter, upload, sync, or transmit through CediPoint, including transaction records, branch data, SMS content, and webhook destinations.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
- Attempt to interfere with platform security, availability, or integrity.
- Access or use accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
- Use CediPoint in a way that violates the rights of others.
5. Third-Party Services
CediPoint may integrate with third-party services such as identity providers, analytics tools, messaging systems, app stores, or webhook destinations. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability is not guaranteed at all times. Features may change, be improved, suspended, or discontinued as the service evolves.
7. No Financial, Legal, or Regulatory Advice
CediPoint provides operational and data tools only. Nothing in the service should be treated as financial, legal, tax, or regulatory advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CediPoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, users, legal compliance, or platform security. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
